Wild Dolphin Adventures Pre-Paid Wild Dolphin, SCUBA, and Snorkel Trips

Please Read Carefully! It is important for you to know the terms and conditions of the activities you are purchasing.

Refund /Cancellation Policy. All payments made to Bimini Undersea Reservations inc. (hereinafter referred to as BUR), Wild Dolphin Adventures (hereinafter known as WDA) or Out Island Undersea Adventures ltd (hereinafter referred to as BU) are non–refundable. Cancellations or changes made within 45 days of your scheduled arrival may be subject to a rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.

The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is always strongly advised.

BU, WDA and BUR act only as agents for owners and contractors providing wild dolphin trips, snorkeling, and other services. All tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions under which wild dolphin trips, snorkeling, and other services are offered or provided and constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the tour member. Neither BU, WDA nor BUR shall at any time, or in any way, be responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from act of God, act of government or defacto authority, war, civil unrest, any kind of hostilities, strikes, theft, sickness, quarantine, immigration or customs regulations hijacking, breakdown, delay, cancellations, error, omissions, or any other cause beyond their control. Furthermore, BU and WDA reserve the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellations, in part or in whole, as circumstances dictate. BU, WDA & BUR accepts no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who is deemed personally responsible for decisions concerning health, safety, and fitness for diving/snorkeling or any other circumstances beyond it's control.

BU, WDA, & BUR, will not issue refunds or trip credit for early departures and/or trips not taken by customers choice. In addition, BU, WDA, & BUR will not issue refunds or credit for trips canceled due to inclement weather, unsafe sea conditions, or "Acts of God."

In all instances maximum attention will be given to safety.

In the event that any SCUBA, Snorkeling or Wild Dolphin trip is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe sea conditions. Customers will be issued a positive space trip voucher for that activity valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Any deposits or payments made to BU or BUR shows acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.

Payment Policies All monies paid are non-refundable.

Full payment is required at time of booking. Payments may be made using VISA or MASTERCARD. Checks and money orders are also accepted within the appropriate time frame.
