Step one - Get yourself and everyone in your party to Ft. Lauderdale (FL) International Airport (airport code FLL). We can take it from there. The preferred air carrier between Ft Lauderdale (FL) and Bimini for all Bimini Undersea and Wild Dolphin Adventure Packages is Florida Coastal Airways (FCA). FCA works closely with the Bimini Undersea organization to provide safe, dependable transportation for Bimini Undersea guests and their specific needs.
Guests on Bimini Undersea Dive, Snorkel, and Wild Dolphin packages can take advantage of a very special air fare rate via special arrangement between FCA and Bimini Undersea. This rate is non-refundable and change fees do apply.
This fare is based on peak travel days. Slightly lower fares may be available if traveling on "off peak" days and flights. Guests of Bimini Undersea Dive, Snorkel, and Wild Dolphin Adventure packages are allowed one (1) piece of checked luggage (50 lbs max), one (1) soft sided carry on (20 lb max), and one personal item (hand bag or small back-pack) Step two - To book your FCA flights in conjunction with your Bimini Undersea Dive, Snorkel, or Wild Dolphin vacation package, simply call our Reservations Office at 1-800-348-4644 or 1 305 653 5572. You can also email to reservations@biminiundersea.com All flights to Bimini arrive at Bimini's Airport on the island of South Bimini. From there you will take a combination of bus (van) and water taxi to the island of North Bimini (a 5-10 minute trip in total). Cost for both the van and the water taxi is $5.00 cash per person which gets you to the public dock in Alicetown. From there, another bus will transport you to the Bimini Bay Resort on the North tip of the island. Generally an additional $7.00 cash. Total per person cost from South Bimini Airport to Bimini Bay Resort $12.00 cash.
As a Reminder US and Canadian citizens and legal residents are required to have in their possession a valid passport in order to travel to and from The Bahamas. Citizens from other countries should consult the nearest Bahamas Consulate office for entry requirements. |

FCA makes available both morning and afternoon flights to Bimini allowing travelers from most major cities in the US and Canada to arrive on Bimini the same day they depart home without an overnight stay in Florida. Morning departures from Bimini also make it possible for most travelers to get back home in the same day, again, not requiring an overnight stay in Florida.
